A distinguished hotelier with over three decades of global experience, Ranjith Chandrasiri brings visionary leadership and unmatched expertise to Sirius Tropical Villas. His career spans top-tier hospitality roles in Europe, Australia, Cambodia, Thailand, and Sri Lanka, including serving as Group General Manager of Jetwing Hotels Group, Sr Lanka and the Royal Cliff Hotels Group, Thailand.
Ranjith holds a degree in Hotel Management from Germany’s renowned Steigenberger Akademie and is a Certified Hotel Administrator and Certified Food & Beverage Executive (USA). He also holds a degree in Viticulture and Enology from the University of Adelaide, Australia. Known for strategic vision, brand development, and innovation in luxury hospitality, he has led properties to win over 100 international awards.
Fluent in English, Sinhala, and German, and conversant in Thai, French, and several other languages, Ranjith connects easily with diverse cultures and guests. He is also an accomplished wine expert, founder of Asia’s leading wine clubs, and a regular contributor to international publications and media.
Ranjith is the Honorary Bailli of the Eastern Seaboard Chapter of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Thailand and has chaired numerous international wine panels. His dedication, creativity, and global insight continue to shape the exceptional guest experience at Sirius Tropical Villas.

Chitra’s unique approach blends operational expertise with a deep passion for guest wellbeing, design, and detail—earning her national and international recognition. She is the proud recipient of Sri Lanka’s Vanithabhimana 2023 - National Champion in Tourism, and multiple accolades from Tripadvisor, Agoda, and industry-leading hotel groups.
Her past roles include General Manager at Jetwing Lagoon in Negombo and Beat Hotel in Bangkok, as well as Director of Services at Marriott Sydney Harbour.
